Light in the Wilderness is a photographic book by Tauno Kohonen. For years the author has observed and photographed the ruggedly beautiful wilderness of Northeast Finland. The rolling hills, river rapids and forests are captured in moments of shifting light and shadow during the passage of the year. The lyrical texts of the book reflect the author’s appreciation for what untouched nature can offer to people today.
